**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with project coordination by organizing documents and maintaining project files
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting-related receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for document management and collaboration
- Familiarity with SAGE50 and QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks would be an asset

**Salary**: $16.00-$23.26 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
