**The Role**
In this role, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure service provider and payment information accuracy, and provide clear communication to staff, clients, and service providers. You’ll work in a call center environment, handling inquiries, data entry, records management, and mail processing, all while supporting the Child Care Capital program's mission to fund and sustain childcare facilities across BC. Based in Victoria with a hybrid work arrangement, this position offers a supportive team atmosphere and regular opportunities for team engagement and celebration.
**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of client/customer service experience.
- Experience or training in basic accounting or bookkeeping.
- Administrative experience in the child care sector.
- Experience with difficult client conversations that may involve upset callers.
- Experience in contract administration.
**About this Position**:
There are currently 3 permanent positions available.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
