As the Office Manager at Mountain Skills Academy & Adventures, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our small business. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of the company and managing a small team of Guest Service Agents. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering top-notch customer service to our clients and maintaining the behind-the-scenes processes that keep our adventure guide company running.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office policies and procedures, including procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Oversee the booking and scheduling system to optimize trip planning efficiency.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure a high standard of customer interactions.
- Manage work shift scheduling and responsibilities, regularly monitoring and evaluating performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently.
- Professionally address and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
- Assist with invoicing and payment processing, including the management of petty cash.
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and expense tracking.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of retail, outdoor equipment and gear.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in supervising or leading small teams.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
- A passion for outdoor activities and adventure is a plus.
