**Construction Project Manager (Whistler)**
Coastal Mountain Custom Homes Ltd (CMC Homes) is a custom home and renovation company based out of Whistler, BC. We have been in operation since 2010 and have a well established growing business. Our projects range from renovations and major additions to custom homes. We are expand our team and are looking to hire one senior project manager to help manage our busy schedule in Whistler.

**Experience and Skills**
Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years managing projects in and around the Whistler area with project budgets ranging from 1 million to 15 million with a proven ability to manage budgets and timelines. Being a Red Seal Carpenter is a ascent but not necessary. Has a proven track record of completing complex project in the Sea to Sky.
Advanced skills such as: estimation software such as Bluebeam or Plan Swift, management software experience such as Builder Trend or CoConstruct, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, drafting and SketchUp is an asset. Excellent problem solver with the ability to multitask to manage multiple complex projects at the same time. Strong interpersonal skills and writing skills necessary. Post Secondary Education is an asset but not necessary.
**Role**
Oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish. Tasks including but not limited to: estimation, budgeting, scheduling, subtrade procurement, quality assurance, client relations, architect / designer communication, RFI's, daily reports, photo logging and documents records, take offs, biweekly budget updates, onsite staff management and scheduling, and weekly progress reports to the Principals.

**Compensation**
Based on experience ranging from $55-$60/hr.
