We are hiring for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Integrations Officer at Gibbons Whistler.

**The Role**:
**Core responsibilities include**:

- Uphold Core Values: Encourage Trust, Have Fun, Encourage Trust, Show Kindness and Commit to Excellence
- Calendar and schedule management
- Arranging meeting agendas and action items, ensuring all meeting rhythms are in place
- Organizing projects, building out business plans, conducting research and creating reports on various topics
- Communication on the CIO’s behalf
- Management of company tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, data entry and scorecard maintenance with a high level of proficiency with MS Office suite

**Required**:

- Experience supporting an executive
- Self-starter with strong administration skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload and time management
- Flexibility and adaptability, working well under pressure in a fast past environment.
- Calm and comfortable with change
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in:

- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word) Google (Google Docs, Google Sheets), Adobe.
- Additional assets include proficiency in Slack and Microsoft Teams communication tools
- Ability to conduct a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

**Salary and Team Perks**:

- $55,000 - $80,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
