Strata Manager/admin Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage property operations, including Owner relations and maintenance requests.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of Minutes, monthly and annual meetings and ensure compliance with property regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and maintenance while ensuring quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any issues promptly.
- Respond to Owner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Utilize office management skills to maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities.
- Implement effective phone etiquette when communicating with owners, guests, vendors, and team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in office or customer service settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
- Experience with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Familiarity with file management systems to maintain organized records.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant property management software is a plus.

Pay: $58,022.00-$60,316.00 per year
