**PURPOSE**
The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, team members and resort property in the evenings. The Security Manager fosters safe and efficient hotel operations by ensuring asset protection and loss prevention on a professional service level as well as up-holding all appropriate guest key level standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate knowledge of Security operations (preferably within hotel environment)
- Highly effective communication skills, must read, write and speak fluent English.
- Intermediate level of competency in all Microsoft Office components preferred
- Professional and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, work with mínimal supervision and contribute to a team environment.
- Attention to detail
- First Aid Level II certified is an asset
- Must have valid BC driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
