**PURPOSE**

Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Front Office department, ensuring the highest level of guest service is provided by consistently exceeding guest expectations and maximizing potential revenue, ensuring results are achieved in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous management experience in hotel Front Office
- Post-secondary education in tourism/hospitality an asset
- Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal (other languages an asset)
- Ability to guide, direct, and prioritize workload in a potentially stressful environment
- Passion for customer service and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- An excellent trainer, comfortable with all levels of coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Ability to promote the brand and act as destination ambassador
- Experience with property management systems (OnQ knowledge an asset)
- Strong administration and computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
