**Office Assistant**
Construction company requires Part Time Office Assistant
**Responsibilities & Duties**
Answering phone calls, responding to caller inquires, taking & forwarding messages.
Typing and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Data entry, invoicing, and filing.
Sorting, verifying, and processing receipts and invoices.
Preparing reports for payroll processing.
Photocopying.
Sending and receiving mail.
**Qualifications**
**Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail.**
Must be able to follow direction & work as a team member.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to switch task effectively while staying organized.
Must be detail oriented, able to work alone and with others.
Must be comfortable in a construction environment.
Must a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
