**Law Office Bookkeeper and Office Manager**
Morrison LLP is a growing, Edmonton-based full-service law firm providing legal services all over Alberta. We are looking for a full time, in-house office manager and bookkeeper who will be responsible for providing day-to-day office support.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office day-to-day operations;
- Perform bookkeeping procedures such as invoice, monitoring accounts receivable, and tracking expenses and purchases;
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees;
- Coordinate the provision of office supplies and equipment maintenance;
- Assist with account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Assist lawyers and other staff with miscellaneous tasks as necessary;
**Requirements**:
- Experience with bookkeeping;
- Ability to handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Proficiency with Quickbooks
- Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error;
- Must be able to work in office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
**Salary**
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00, depending upon experience.
