**Job Title**:Office Assistant / Warehouse Assistant

**Department**:Finance / Warehouse

**Scope**:To assist with general bookkeeping duties and general warehouse duties as required.

**Qualifications**

**Education: Diploma in Bookkeeping is required.**

**Experience**: Demonstrated ability to perform the requirements of the position to a high-quality standard. Should be professional, organized, personable, positive, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people. Previous experience in bookkeeping is required. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset. Previous experience in reception is also an asset.

**Responsibilities and Authorities**:

- Reception, including greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls.
- Assisting the CFO with bookkeeping.
- Data entry.
- Making bank deposits.
- Assisting with kit building.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Assisting with shipping duties as required.
- Cleaning and organizing
- Running small errands

**Organizational Relationships**:Reports directly to the CFO for all functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
