Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, arranging and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office files, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
  • Create a professional atmosphere for clients and visitors
  • Process and distribute mail according to procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Support other administrative staff with tasks such as word processing, data entry, and research
  • Handle all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident and quick-witted, with excellent problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits
