We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ATF Transport Inc. in the administrative assistant role.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

In addition to your salary, you can expect to earn approximately $2,000 in overtime pay per year, depending on the number of hours worked.

This is a permanent position, offering 30-40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other software applications
