Highlight Motor Freight Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking an organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and maintenance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Benefits:
Competitive salary ($45,000 - $60,000 per year).
Healthcare plan.
35 hours of work per week.
