About the Role:- This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Manage incoming communications by answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings to ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and manage office documentation with attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are also crucial.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
