Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness leave, paid volunteer days, and group insurance with employer contribution.

Job Description

You will report to the Key Account Director and be responsible for planning, organizing, overseeing, and controlling business development activities and programs for our Loblaw national account. Your key objectives will include:

  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets for your categories and banner
  • Implementing sales plans and strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships

You'll work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, business and partnership development, business strategy, customer service, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
  • 5-7 years' experience in sales, preferably in the food industry
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing complex sales teams
