Business Development Manager for Loblaw National Account

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our national account with Loblaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, meeting annual sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the food industry. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed annual targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Loblaw buyers and other stakeholders
- Analyzing market trends and competition to inform business strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
- 5-7 years' experience in sales, preferably in the food industry
- Proven ability to lead and manage large accounts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
