National Account Development Manager

The National Account Development Manager will be responsible for driving market growth to national clients in various industries across Canada. This role requires extensive sales experience, including prospecting and hunting of national accounts, as well as strong business acumen and deal-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted sales results
  • Work with marketing for lead generation
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Conduct C-level meetings to promote Rentokil and its services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five or more years of proven sales track record with larger, complex accounts
  • Board-room level presence and communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent prospecting, cold calling and networking skills
  • Consultative selling skills: ability to listen, understand clients' needs, and position effective solutions
