Senior Sales Director for National Accounts

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth with national clients in various industries across Canada. This is a 100% new business contracted sales position, requiring extensive experience in sales, including hunting and prospecting of national accounts, boardroom presence, strong business acumen, and deal-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver targeted sales results by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to generate leads and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Canvass the market for additional prospective clients, utilizing social media platforms, telephone, text, and email to schedule appointments.
- Conduct C-level meetings to promote Rentokil Initial and its services.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, and account prospect details.
- Design, price, and generate proposals for new service programs.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business.
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers through effective relationship-building and networking.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of five years of proven sales track record with larger, complex accounts, preferably with experience selling services rather than products.
- Board-room level presence and communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills.
- Consultative selling skills, including the ability to listen, understand clients' needs, and position effective solutions.
- Experience in the services industry is an asset.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Salesforce CRM experience or other customer relationship management system.
- Strategic/Consultative Selling training, such as Miller Heiman, is an asset.
- High-level commercial and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record.
- Generous base salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
