National Account Sales Executive

The National Account Sales Executive at Rentokil Initial is responsible for driving market growth to national clients across various industries in Canada. This role requires extensive sales experience, including prospecting and hunting of national accounts, as well as strong business acumen and deal-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted sales results and work closely with marketing for lead generation
- Canvass the market for additional prospective clients and conduct C-level meetings to promote Rentokil services
- Maintain and update CRM, Salesforce, including pipeline management, forecasting, and account prospect details
- Design, price, and generate proposals for new service programs and negotiate contracts
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers and develop and maintain relationships to ensure long-term success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and five or more years of proven sales track record with larger, complex accounts
- Board-room level presence and communication/presentation skills, as well as excellent prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills
- Consultative selling skills, ability to listen, understand clients' needs, and position effective solutions
- Experience in the services industry is preferred, and a valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record is required
