Job Description

  • This role will be responsible for driving growth in both wholesale and Food Service on Premise (FSOP) segments. The ideal candidate will combine FSOP expertise with strong sales acumen and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer onboarding, project management, and execution of FSOP business strategies.
  2. Develop and implement plans to meet volume, revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  3. Foster win-win relationships with customers and maintain effective communication with key decision-makers.
  4. Oversee budget management and forecasting to ensure alignment with sales goals and profitability targets.
  5. Collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, and technical teams to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
