Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Montreal. As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and close deals. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and achieve company goals.

Job Description

The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within their designated territory
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve company goals
  • Building relationships with customers and closing deals
  • Working closely with the sales team to share knowledge and best practices

A minimum of 1 year prior sales experience is highly preferred, with experience selling in a business-to-business environment involving varying sales cycles and multiple levels of decision makers. Post-secondary education (College or University Degree) is strongly desired.

Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus commission based on performance. In addition, they will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
