Business Development Manager

Sirius Personnel Inc is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence in the food industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
- Manage and grow our existing customer base of 125 clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our sales funnel
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with our field service teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and thought leaders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the food industry
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong understanding of capital equipment sales and the meat/food industry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000
- Commissions/bonus: $35,000 - $45,000 annually (paid monthly)
- Car allowance: $800 per month + $0.24/km
- Expenses reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed
- Full benefits package, including health, dental, and profit sharing
