Job Overview

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist Account Managers and Account Executives in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process renewals, endorsements, liability slips, invoicing, summaries, enclosure letters, proposal binders, and other documents as requested by the Account Manager.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail, file active and inactive files, and request MVRs and Auto Plus records for Account Managers.
  • Assist Account Managers with driver approvals, obtain and verify Letters of Experience, and update client information on the computer system.
  • Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year, with additional benefits including a bonus pay structure, comprehensive benefits package, and paid time off.
