Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Eagle Professional Resources. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Recruitment teams by handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing databases, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records;
- Create, organize, and execute regular reports to support business operations;
- Assist with data analysis and strategic project planning to drive business growth;
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and initiatives;
- Provide backup administrative support for our Virtual Management System (VMS) and national resources;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools;
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
- Proven attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
