About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 9266526 CANADA INC. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Staff Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leadership: Direct staff and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and perform data entry.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports and compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accessibility: Ensure physical accessibility accommodations are in place to support employees with disabilities.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
