Chiropractic Practice Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Tutt Street Family Chiropractic.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our chiropractors and patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office, including reception and administrative tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with chiropractors to ensure smooth communication and coordination of patient care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work both on-site and remotely. You must be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and have excellent time management skills.
Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including:
- $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience
