Office Support Specialist

beBee Professionals is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team in Kelowna, Canada. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
