We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Organizational Operations Coordinator to manage daily office activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
