Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support by answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation effectively.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, showcasing key insights and trends.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Able to multitask with strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
