Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on location and experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a relief full-time Counselling & Treatment Clinician. In this role, you will provide advanced practice assessment, treatment, and service coordination to clients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat clients with serious acute mental health problems and/or problematic substance use issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide urgent response to complex clients with co-occurring disorders.
  • Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities/therapies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution in an Allied Health, Behavioural, or Social Science field relevant to the position.
  • Two years' recent related experience in a mental health and substance use environment.
  • Current valid B.C. driver's license.
