Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to drive business growth. This includes assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, and resolving issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team and develop strategies to drive business growth
  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. They will need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-7 months of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
