**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team at Marsham International Food Brokers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement annual business plans for select clients, including customer channel strategies, distributor partnerships, assortment optimization, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish quarterly and annual goals, volume projections, and targets.
  • Support the development, execution, maintenance, and tracking of client business plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Determine the best path to market for new products and advise clients on Canadian customer landscape category dynamics and other category management practices.
  • Review monthly scorecards for clients and monitor trade spending to ensure it is within budget.
  • Liaise between clients and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies to achieve targets.

**Requirements:**

  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • An analytical thinker and strategic problem solver who can work independently, make decisions where appropriate, and meet predetermined and unexpected deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and selling skills across multiple audiences, including management and national CPG accounts/clients.
  • The ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for clients.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
