Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager$85,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance our firm's profile.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. They will also have a proven track record of success in business development, marketing, and sales, preferably within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance our firm's profile;
- Provide leadership and guidance on business development initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification;
- Collaborate with lawyers, peers, and business services professionals to develop and implement marketing strategies;
- Analyze business intelligence and competitive data to inform business decisions;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and referral sources;
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes;
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Develop and implement processes to track progress and measure success.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within a professional services environment;
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand awareness;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
