About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching teams to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use sales data to drive decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
