Regional Vice President

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President to spearhead our Toronto Sales office and drive revenue growth. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team of Business Development Directors (BDDs) and cultivating a strong presence in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership skills, business acumen, local market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of P&L management. A proven track record of success in growing revenue within Fortune 500 companies is essential.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Hiring and developing BDDs into a high-performing sales team
- Utilizing corrective action when necessary to ensure team success
- Collaborating with BDDs to develop strategic plans and drive sales growth
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will bring:
- A demonstrated history of sales and sales management success
- Experience in growing revenue within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven ability to develop sales talent and lead high-performing teams
This position is located in Toronto, and the selected candidate will need to reside in the Greater Toronto area. Compensation is uncapped and based on regional sales growth, including a base salary plus fiscal year bonuses tied to revenue growth and contribution to profit.
