As a leading sales talent agency, we are partnering with a fast-growing radio, digital media, and technology company to find an experienced Lead Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing effective sales strategies.

About the Role
  • Second-line management of a team of sales managers, with approximately 5 direct reports and 40+ indirect reports across Canada.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy to maximize team efforts and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to capture the total addressable market (TAM) across Canada and develop strategies to effectively pursue them.
  • Provide guidance to direct reports on best sales practices and solidify processes to drive results.
  • Recommend internal systems and process improvements to create efficiencies and enhance the sales function.
About You
  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area, with a mid-town office location requiring 4-5 days of in-office work per week.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a background in radio and/or digital media advertising sales.
  • A strong network in local markets, with a keen understanding of selling advertising into these spaces.
  • Experience leading teams and developing/implementing effective sales processes.
