About Us:
Chad Management Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our national sales efforts. As a National Sales and Revenue Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
• Manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales management experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of increasing revenues and acquiring new accounts
• Strong planning and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
