Sales Leadership Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Director of Sales and Revenue Growth. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging key partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

- Forecasting and Reporting: Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieve sales goals and KPIs.">
- Sales Operations: Track sales metrics across all sales teams, generate insightful reports, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.">
- Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to execute inbound and outbound sales strategies.">

What We Offer:

- Salary: CAD$125,000-150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.">
