About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Growth and Revenue Strategist to join our team at Intuit Inc. in Toronto, Canada.

Job Summary:

  • Lead regional go-to-market strategy across sales, partner development, customer onboarding, customer success, and marketing to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to execute GTM efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement regular operating mechanisms to ensure accountability to quarterly targets, using data analytics to assess performance and diagnose/resolve challenges.
  • Serve as the face of Intuit Mailchimp in Canada and LATAM, engaging with customers/partners to accelerate revenue opportunities and connecting with industry/media to enable Mailchimp's success in the market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with central product teams and enabling functions teams to prioritize, influence, and secure necessary support.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation, challenging the status quo and bringing customer insights to drive continuous improvement in products and customer experience for local markets.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy and execution within B2B internet or SaaS industries, with a plus for marketing technology solutions expertise.
  • Proven track record of leading GTM strategies that drove improved customer retention, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across small businesses (scaled) and mid-market segments.
  • Experience working across international markets, with a demonstrated ability to accelerate speed to market through organizational and operational transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire external customers/partners/stakeholders and internal teams.
  • A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is preferred.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required for this role.
