We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our sales efforts in the Toronto condominium market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join Stonewood Group Inc. and drive growth in this dynamic market.
About the RoleThe President will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, team management, and operational excellence to accelerate revenues and deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales campaigns and programs to achieve business objectives
- Motivating and managing a high-performing sales team to produce desired results within tight timeframes
- Structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations to align with business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, brokers, and partners

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of sales/sales management experience in the Toronto condominium market
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of current trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies in the condo market
