Job Title: Executive Leader, Sales and Growth

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team as a key member in driving sales growth and expanding our business presence in the mid-market sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive significant revenue growth across Canada.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team composed of 8+ members, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term success.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving sustainable, predictable, and profitable business results.
  • Strong bilingual English & French communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
