About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing to join our team. This key role will be responsible for guiding the strategic development and execution of all marketing and digital initiatives, driving the growth of the company by enhancing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and increasing sales through digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and own the belairdirect brand vision. In collaboration with your team members, peers, and partners, you will set and execute the long-term vision and strategy for belairdirect brand to attract Canadians' attention, drive intent, action, and advocacy.
  2. Drive revenue marketing strategy in Canada and align all cross-functional activities to overarching marketing strategy to revenue growth.
  3. Provide oversight across all customer acquisition channels and work effectively with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners in Sales, Relationship Management, and COE teams, to develop and execute revenue growth strategy.
  4. Ensure strong understanding of the Canadian market, define marketing strategy, and oversee execution of our campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  5. Create world-class marketing programs that scale lead generation and brand awareness. Collaborate and influence cross-functionally across the company as well as other members of the Marketing team. You will ensure a global, coherent, and impactful brand approach across the company, where each brand in the brand portfolio of Intact Financial Corporation speaks with a strong and differentiated voice.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles leading marketing & digital strategies while overseeing large teams.
  • Proven success in driving growth through marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven approaches to develop strategy from the ground up for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open-minded and positive leader, who takes responsibility for both the successes and mistakes and who is energized by challenges and transformation.
  • Intrapreneurial spirit and solves problems using innovative ways to improve and take risks and to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, engage, and develop a world-class marketing team.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence & self-awareness – proven ability to lead through change, collaborating, and building shared accountability and trust among large, diverse teams.
  • Bilingualism, French & English, is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
