Drive Revenue Growth as Sales Director Americas
Enea, a world-leading specialist in advanced telecom and cybersecurity software, seeks an experienced Sales Director to expand sales efforts of its Embedded Security Business Group throughout the Americas region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in indirect/OEM sales and/or business development in an international environment, with strong technical background in networking and/or cybersecurity. They will be responsible for developing strategic territory plans, sales goals, and strategies, managing the full sales process, identifying and developing relevant business partnerships, and achieving or exceeding agreed annual sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop strategic territory plans, sales goals, and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Americas region.
- Account Management: Manage the full sales process, including identification, qualification, product evaluation/PoC, pricing & OEM contract negotiation, and closing sales.
- Business Partnership Development: Identify and develop relevant business partnerships, close sales, and secure orders to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Product Demonstration: Demonstrate products and services to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide sales reporting and forecasting of account revenues for the region.
- Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Minimum 10 years' experience in related fields (sales, pre-sales).
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in indirect/OEM sales and/or business development in an international environment, preferably in the Americas region.
- Technical Background: Strong technical background in networking and/or cybersecurity, with knowledge of telecommunication and/or cybersecurity industries.
- Languages: Fluent English, other languages a plus.
