About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Strategic Talent Development Associate to support our Talent Acquisition team in North America.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating offer letters, processing background checks, and shortlisting applications for certain roles. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize requests will ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Create offer letters and process background checks for multiple Talent Acquisition Advisors across North America.
- Support special projects related to Talent Acquisition and its processes.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an administration role, preferably within HR/recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to build effective relationships in a fast-paced business environment.
What You'll Get
This is an 8-month contract role with a competitive salary estimated around $60,000-$70,000 per year based on industry standards and location. As a hybrid-based position, you will work from our Toronto office and have opportunities to learn about our business and gain experience to accelerate your career.
