The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Development Specialist to join our team. This role demands a fearless innovator who shares our conviction that all top-tier talent has multiple options and that our Talent Acquisition professionals play a crucial role in assessing whether our opportunities align with both the business's and candidate's goals.
This individual will lead the recruitment of high-caliber professionals for critical roles, contributing significantly to the company's strategic objectives and competitive advantage. They will foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, providing exceptional support and collaboration to ensure successful hiring outcomes and meet organizational needs effectively.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with a deep understanding of data analytics and its application in driving informed decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement. They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders and present compelling cases to secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier professionals for challenging roles, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Hiring Manager stakeholders, providing exceptional support and collaboration to meet high standards.
- Capture and analyze TA data points to make analytical recruiting decisions, leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrate discipline in applying advanced TA processes and utilizing ATS/Sourcing platforms to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- A genuine interest in Behavox's mission and technologies, as well as a connection to the industry.
- Experience executing on end-to-end recruitment processes in technology companies, with a focus on capturing and utilizing TA data points.
- Able to work collaboratively with Hiring Manager stakeholders to meet high standards, while maintaining discipline in applying advanced TA processes.
