About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team in Toronto. This is a key position that will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives, delivering diverse and high-quality talent pools
  2. Build and maintain robust pipelines of top candidates to ensure timely filling of positions
  3. Design and implement performance-driven talent acquisition programs, focusing on speed of filled positions, quality of candidates, and recruitment journey experience
  4. Develop and execute full lifecycle recruiting processes, overseeing candidate identification, outreach, negotiation, and offer execution
  5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to guide them through the recruitment and selection process
  6. Analyze market data and intelligence to inform growth-oriented recruiting and hiring decisions

Salary and Benefits

This position comes with an attractive salary range of $116,600.00 - $145,700.00 per annum, along with a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, company holidays, leave of absence, flexible work arrangements, recognition, training, employee family assistance program, wellbeing programs, family support programs, savings/pension, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, disability, and discounted perks.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record as a Talent Acquisition professional in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  2. Demonstrated experience supporting commercial functions or organizations, preferably in the food industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners
  4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results
