We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned talent programs and analytics professional to join our Talent Acquisition and Strategy team, where focus is placed on developing and executing innovative talent strategies and solutions to support critical areas of the business. This role will report to the Manager, Talent Strategy and will be focused on leading high impact programs, and supporting strategic plans and initiatives, aligned with Capital One’s overall vision. Associates working in the hybrid model are expected to come into the office 3 days a week across Tuesdays and Thursdays, reserving Mondays and Fridays as company-wide virtual days. As was true before the pandemic, expectations of being in the office will be balanced with personal life flexibility.

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Program Development**: Partner with the Manager, Talent Strategy to translate industry best practices into strategic talent attraction and acquisition initiatives that serve the growing needs of the business, people and culture.
- ** Talent Analytics**:Leverage data to solve complex talent needs, distill findings into analytically-based insights and recommendations, and articulate recommendations clearly to influence partners and key stakeholders.
- ** Reporting & Insights**: Partner with TA leadership and HR stakeholders to understand key talent metrics and develop dashboards to support data-informed recommendations. Track and analyze results to assess progress and effectiveness of department initiatives.
- ** Risk & Process Governance**: Drive operational excellence by contributing to the development, testing, and maintenance of department processes and controls.
- ** Solution Enablement & Stakeholder Management**:Influence across multiple cross-functional teams and groups and collaborate to identify solutions that achieve shared results, this may include tech upgrades, new programs, policies and tools.
**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**:
- A blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytical reasoning
- Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
- Experience using data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and drive decision making
- Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to developing innovative HR solutions in niche and competitive markets such as Technology, Data and Product.
- Experience implementing new processes or approaches to continuously improve results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills working cooperatively and collaboratively across business units, functional departments, and other teams. Ability to build, leverage and influence strategic relationships at all levels
