Your Key Responsibilities
  • Execute an end-to-end recruitment process in technology companies, ensuring a deep understanding of our market and technologies.
  • Capture and utilize TA data points to make analytical recruiting decisions, driving results-oriented strategies.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Manager stakeholders to meet high standards, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Apply advanced TA processes and utilize ATS/Sourcing platforms to streamline recruitment efforts.
