Strategic Business Development Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving business growth through strategic talent initiatives? As a Senior People Business Partner at Visier, you will play a key role in elevating our go-to-market teams in North America and EMEA.
We are seeking a seasoned HR expert with a proven track record of partnership and consultation to help organizations achieve results. Your expertise in strategic consulting, talent development, and data-driven decision making will be instrumental in helping us drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including directly applicable experience as an HR Business Partner or other role providing direct partnership. A relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.
You will work closely with the go-to-market team to deeply understand their key business priorities and partner with them to provide tailored talent initiatives and advice to help achieve those priorities. You will also manage employee relations cases from start to finish, applying your existing knowledge of best practices and employment law alongside your deep understanding of business priorities.
A strong business acumen and broad view of critical thinking and problem solving that extends beyond just HR programming is essential. Experience with, or a genuine curiosity to learn about, analytics and data-driven decision making practices is also highly valued.
